After verifying your contact information, you’ll receive a link to resume your application. You have 30 days to complete your application before the link expires.

Application Status & Notifications

You can also check your status online. Log in with your MyNCID or provide the impacted person’s date of birth, application reference number, and mobile phone number or email.

Disaster Declarations

Find programs by county on the North Carolina Disaster Support homepage when an application period opens.
Programs open after damage assessments are completed. Timing depends on the severity of the disaster and how quickly assessments are finished.

Yes. If you applied using MyNCID, log in to your account and update your profile.
If you did not use MyNCID, call your assigned disaster case manager using the contact number provided with your case.
